Why We Built This Site
North Carolina gives the public access to many court records, but the right office depends on the record type. Robeson County civil, criminal, traffic, divorce judgment, estate, and special proceeding files are tied to the Clerk of Superior Court and the statewide eCourts system. Jail and recent-arrest information comes from the Robeson County Sheriff's Office. Marriage licenses and many vital records are handled by the Register of Deeds. The goal is to make those local paths easier to distinguish before a visitor calls, searches, mails a payment, or travels to Lumberton.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any North Carolina court, Robeson County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from that office.
